Aircraft Nitrogen Servicing Cart

The aircraft nitrogen servicing cart is designed for mobile nitrogen service. It supplies high-purity dry nitrogen for charging, purging, and leak testing from low to high pressure, including aircraft landing-gear shock struts, door cylinders, hydraulic accumulators, and tires.

· The four-wheel towable design enables easy movement on aprons, in the field, in hangars, and throughout maintenance areas.

· No electrical power is required; compressed air or nitrogen is used as the drive source.

· Automatic cylinder raising and tilting simplifies cylinder replacement and reduces manual handling.

· Oil-free design with self-lubricating seals prevents medium contamination.

· Automatic boosting with shutdown at the target pressure and overpressure protection.

· Charges aircraft tires with dry nitrogen to reduce combustion risk and stabilize tire pressure.

· Recharges landing-gear shock struts with nitrogen to maintain damping performance.

· Charges hydraulic accumulators to maintain energy storage and pressure stabilization.

· Provides inert-gas purging for fuel tanks, oxygen systems, and similar equipment to reduce combustion and explosion risk.

· Fills emergency-system storage cylinders with high-pressure nitrogen.

· Uses nitrogen in place of oxygen for leak testing of oxygen systems.
