Mobile Hydraulic Test Cart

The mobile hydraulic test cart integrates a hydraulic power source, precision pressure and flow measurement and control, and multiple outlets for ground testing, commissioning, and servicing of aircraft hydraulic systems and components in hangars, on aprons, and during field flight-test support.

· A modular integrated design with towable or hand-pushed chassis supports apron transfer.

· Primary wetted components use corrosion-resistant materials compatible with aviation hydraulic fluid.

· Pressure stabilization, filtration, and backflow prevention ensure a stable, reliable process, with pressure-relief protection, emergency shutdown, and safe venting.

· High-precision pressure, flow, and temperature sensors enable real-time monitoring, timed pressure holding, and test-data recording.

· Wide pressure and flow adjustment ranges meet the hydraulic-system requirements of different aircraft types.

· Multiple outlets connect quickly to different aircraft hydraulic interfaces; the system records and displays pressure curves, monitors test pressure, and generates test reports.

· Provides a ground pressure source for aircraft hydraulic systems to test landing gear, flaps, and other systems or troubleshoot faults.

· Performs static and dynamic performance verification of hydraulic pumps, motors, actuators, and related components.

· Performs pressure and leak testing of hydraulic tubing, hoses, and pressure vessels.

· Removes solid particles, gas, and water from hydraulic fluid and replenishes hydraulic systems.
